I love interacting with our patients and their families. Our conversations inspire me to help each person overcome their fears and achieve their dental goals. I’ve been part of the team at Isles Dental since 2001, and treasure the friendships that have developed. Each patient comes to us with the desire of great dental health and a wonderful smile. Dr. Sepi and our team deliver personalized, painless care, which exceeds their expectations, and they leave with a healthy, happy smile.
I am the office manager. I’m in charge of patient coordinating, as well as financial and treatment planning. My background is as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant, so I’m able to explain Dr. Sepi’s care recommendations and answer questions. I also organize the medical and dental billing, insurance claim submissions, and interact with patients through Facebook.
I’m married to a wonderful man, Gerald, and have two grown daughters, Jessica and Briana. We also have a family cat, Ash. In my spare time I love to travel, garden, and attend fitness training classes.

Lead Dental Hygienist
I truly love getting to know my patients as individuals and watching their families grow. These relationships are what make my days fun and keep my passion for this profession strong. I strive to make everyone feel comfortable in a place where many people feel uncomfortable. I started working with Dr. Sepi as a Dental Assistant in 1996. In 2001 I completed my Dental Hygiene degree and returned to Isles Dental. I intend to stay here until I retire.
My role at Isles Dental is multi-faceted. I am the Lead Dental Hygienist in the practice, and I also support my other team members when needed. We’re all willing to pitch in to keep everything running smoothly for our patients. As a hygienist, I focus on helping people develop and keep a healthy mouth and smile. While I’m cleaning their teeth, we talk about their home hygiene routine and figure out changes they can make that will keep their smile looking great.
I live in Minneapolis with my husband Matt, daughter Sophia, and our dog, Ruby. Outside of work, I’m all about friends and family.

Licensed Dental Assistant
I love hearing all the great stories from our patients' lives! Getting to know each patient keeps the day fun and interesting. It also gives me a chance to alleviate any fears or concerns they may have when they come to the dentist.
I graduated with honors from Herzing University in 2013 and have been assisting dentists ever since! My duties at Isles Dental include making our patients feel calm and comfortable, prioritizing infection control procedures, taking X-rays, and working chair-side with Dr. Sepi to provide the best care possible!
When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my son, Finn, significant other, Chris, and our dogs, Sven and Pudge. We all love to bike around Minneapolis, check out delicious new restaurants, and relax by the lakes.

I love meeting our patients. When I started working here, in 2013 as a fill-in for Missy during the holidays, they were all new to me. Now, though, I feel I am becoming part of their family. It’s fun to hear what people are up to with work, school, and their pastimes. I’m always learning something new from our patients, and that keeps my work fresh and interesting.
As a hygienist, I help patients improve their oral and overall health, and develop a great smile. I clean teeth, perform scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy, and take X-rays. A lot of my time is spent educating patients about the importance of good home care processes and products. Education and learning is important to me, and I love to share what I know! I graduated from Argosy University in 2010 and began my practice as a hygienist. I went back to pursue my Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene and graduated with honors in the Spring of 2016 from Metropolitain State University.
I grew up in Minneapolis and love being part of my community. It’s fun talking with patients about new hot-spots around the cities, whether that’s a new restaurant or weekend events. I love to cook, am learning to garden, and in the winter I take on new crafting projects. I love the State Fair, swimming in our many wonderful lakes, wearing flannel, and biking around the city. I’m a typical Minneapolitain!
